For seven years, Karen Condi sharpened her business acumen at Office Suites PLUS. Karen Condi began as a corporate sales and training director, and later served as an area manager before launching Workspace Strategies in 2006.

Today, Ms. Condi advises property owners, investors, and operators in improving their coworking and flexible office spaces across North America. As principal, she plays an integral role in helping clients develop strategies to improve membership growth, daily operations, team leadership, and financial performance. She often collaborates with real estate and development professionals and ownership groups to create flexible workspace solutions, supporting them throughout projects.

Her expertise includes leading market feasibility studies, workplace planning, pricing strategies, and operational frameworks. She is also skilled in showing operators, investors, and owners how to reposition underperforming office spaces into more profitable workspaces. Over the course of her career, she has established herself as a trusted advisor to executive teams needing help with long-term growth, brand positioning, and asset performance.

In addition to overseeing Workspace Strategies, Ms. Condi is a member of the Global Workspace Association, the Alliance Business Center Network, Global Coworking Unconference, and the Workspace Association of New York, all of which have invited her to speak.
